iPad is still king. Last month we had the report of customer satisfaction smartphones Apple in which I occupy the first place, because today JD Power shows the level of satisfaction of tablets and once again Apple is still on the throne, followed by Samsung, while Asus and Acer levels falls below the mid line in the study.
Apple ranks first in satisfaction with a score of 830 and is above all in almost all aspects except cost. Samsung ranked second with a score of 822 and achieved above average scores in terms of features, style, design and price.
Power notes that the decline in prices in the tablets has resulted in a decrease in overall satisfaction in Apple, however, all other features Apple still on top. The report also provides some other findings from the sales of the tablets, as well as shopping habits and brand loyalty September 2013 to February 2014.
As new brands inroads is this market and the average price of buying low, overall satisfaction decreases tablets, according to JD Power.
